About Us
	Soar High Creative Consulting aims to provide the very best in youth-oriented non-profit strategy and managment services. We help schools enhance or start up “out of school time” experiential programming for children in their area. We specialize in helping schools create effective experiential after-school and accredited summer camp programs that provide comprehensive educational and development opportunities for kids in grades Pre-K-12, while also helping schools increase their community impact and their bottom-line.
	About the Founder
	Dr. Harlan Eagle holds a Doctorate in Education from the University of Maryland, in addition to a Master of Science from Indiana University, and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Delaware. He has been involved in experiential education since 1981. He is the director of two “out of school programs,” Camp Odyssey and Horizons at The Salisbury School. Harlan also helped the Wicomico County Board of Education start Beyond the Limits, an outdoor experiential ropes adventure program. Harlan received the 2005 Outstanding Experiential Educator of the Year award, presented annually by the Association of Experiential Education member who best demonstrates exceptional and innovative use of experiential methodologies and the highest ethical standards. Harlan is a teacher, camp director, coach, athletic trainer, parent, and facilitator. A survivor of ten marathons, he definitely knows the value of setting a goal and challenging himself!
