Volunteer
You can volunteer for Horizons by assisting with a variety of tasks ranging from event organization to dodgeball referee. Each of our social events involves many opportunities.

Employment
Horizons is an Equal Opportunity Employer and offers positions with varying levels of responsibility and is proud to employ a caring, dedicated staff that accomplishes huge things everyday in the lives of dozens of children. Each grade level has a Head Teacher who coordinates all the activities and cirriculum for that age level. Assitant Teachers provide valuable support and work to ensure all program aspects run smoothly.
We have a diverse group of students (African-American, Hispanic, Asian, and Caucasian). The program serves potentially high achieving, but at risk, public school students in a six-week private school summer program with follow-up reinforcement programs and special events during the school year.
If you are interested in making a big difference in the life of a child this summer, we invite you to apply for available positions for our six-week summer session. We are interested in self-motivated candidates who have a genuine interest in helping to ignite the spark of learning in elementary-aged children.
